The Baking Industry now has its very own trade show that allows everyone in the baking industry to gather and network. The Trade Show is filled with very important exhibitors and action packed demonstrations and competitions.
In 2024 the Baking Industry Trade Show will return to Moonee Valley Racecourse, Melbourne from Tuesday 18th to Thursday 20th June.
