As the National Body the BAA host many events for the industry during the year, these include: State and Territory baking shows, apprentice competitions and the industries only recognized national pie and pastie comp.
Official Presentation for Professional Baking - Royal Adelaide Show
The Show’s professional baking competitions are open to professional bakers, baking apprentices/trainees and enrolled TAFE students. It’s the perfect opportunity to benchmark your skills against others in your industry and put your name on the Australian baking map.

TASSIE BAKING SHOW IS COMING!
The revamped Tasmanian Baking Show will feature a brand new category, The Festive Baked Class just in time for the festive season ahead.
Of course there is always the successful Australia’s Best Fruit Mince Pie! And don’t forget to sign the declaration and attach it to your fruit mince pie entry.
Make sure you join us for the Baking Show Awards Cocktail Party which starts at 4pm, that is where all the winners will be announced.
