The 2026 Baking Industry Trade Show is heading to the Gold Coast! We invite everyone from the baking industry to join us at the Gold Coast Turf Club Exhibition Hall 2. The Gold Coast Turf Club is conveniently located close to hotels and dining options with easy access to the tram and the famous Gold Coast Strip.

The 2026 national Artisan Baking Competition is heading to the Gold Coast!
EXCELLENCE IN BAKING AWARDS DINNER
Every year, apprentice bakers and pastry chefs from across Australia compete for the national title of Excellence in Baking. National Winners will be announced at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night, famously known as
A Night with the Champions!

Hot off the heels of the Baking Industry Trade show, we bring you the Queensland Baking show.
The competition and judging will be conducted in the Creek Bar.
The awards presentation will be hosted in the Home Straight Room, Level 1 Main Grandstand. 6pm start includes a drink on arrival & light finger food. Cash bar available for celebrating your wins!
