BAKING ASSOCIATIONS of AUSTRALIA FORMERLY KNOWN AS (BMIAA) HAS BEEN IN EXISTENCE SINCE 1981 IT IS THE ONLY FEDERALLY REGISTERED AND RECOGNISED BODY FOR THE BAKING INDUSTRY THAT CAN ASSIST TO FURTHER PROTECT AND EXTEND THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL INTERESTS OF MEMBERS.

The Baking Associations of Australia is made up of the state associations 2 persons from each state association formulate the council giving the body a fair democratic system.The associations that form this national body are the BIA NSW, VIC,S.A, TAS,W.A. There are no extra charges to members of the state associations your association subscribes to the National Body. The BAA assists Association Members with many services such as insurance, food labelling and testing, support with HACCP and technical support on baking, pastry and artisan breads.

The BAA is here to offer assistance, no matter how small or large your business, we can help you with an experienced team we are constantly meeting with.
