Events The BAA continue to support events on a State and National level.
The Baking Associations of Australia is proud to announce the 2012 Great Aussie Pastie Comp will be conducted in conjunction with Australia Best Pie Comp at the Food Service Australia Expo. Sydney May 27th - 29th Royal Hall of Industries Moore Park. Details will be released in late January 2012

BAA TAS plays a very important part in the lifestyle of bakers in Tasmania. The jewel in the crown is the annual Tasmanian Baking Show, this event is used as not only a competition arena but the awards night is the social event of the year. The national body would not be complete with our fellow bakers in the Territory. Rob Schwerdt is our administrator in the Northern Territory and for the first time ever will host a baking show in July 2012.
